Invitation to Participate in Scrap Sales Tender – No. 01-1403
Yazd Industrial and Structural Steel Rolling Company intends to sell 2,000 tons of its scrap through a public tender. Interested parties are hereby invited to submit their price proposals no later than the end of the business day on Saturday, 16 November 2024 (1403/08/26), using one of the methods specified, to the Central Office of Yazd Steel.
The available scrap items and their approximate quantities are as follows:
Auction conditions:
1. The quantities of the above items are approximate, and the exact weight of each item will only be determined after loading. The mentioned quantities may vary by up to 15% (tolerance).
2. The price for each item or lot must be offered separately. Average pricing is not accepted, as each lot will be evaluated individually.
3. Bidders are allowed to submit price offers for one or more specific items from the above list.
4. Interested parties may submit their bids either physically in a sealed envelope or electronically via email to the Yazd Industrial and Mining Steel Group office. Contact details are provided at the bottom of this letter.
5. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers received. Participation in the auction does not create any entitlement for the bidders.
6. Inspection of the auction items is permitted until November 16, 2024, upon submission of a formal request letter and nomination of the individual(s) intending to visit.
7. All bids will be opened on Sunday, November 17, 2024 (1403/08/27). The received bids will be evaluated and ranked, and one or more winners may be selected (as each item can have a different winning bidder). The winners will be notified via issuance and delivery of a proforma invoice.
8. The successful bidder is required to confirm the proforma invoice (with stamp and signature) and return a scanned copy. The full payment must be made within 48 business hours, i.e., by the end of business on Monday, November 18, 2024 (1403/08/28).
